“The Intrepids“ are Tom and Julie, a Frenchman and a Quebecker, who became half-brother and half-sister when their parents remarried. In Montreal or in Paris, they host a secret call-in radio show, helping out other teenagers and solving crimes and unusual events. All of that, without the parents knowing or the other kids being aware of their true identity.

Paris, today. A corrupt businessman, Duchey, returns to France to confront the justice of his country. But his return to his homeland will cause the turmoil of three individuals.

The Intrépida Trupe was created by dance, theater, music and visual arts artists, who had a passion for the circus in common. The documentary tells, through the story of Intrépida, a little about the history of the circus in Brazil.

"Les Acrobats" is the second short film (out of 5) in the series "Les Malabares", which were filmed during the exhibition of the Malabari, an Indian tribe from the Malabar region, in the Jardin d'Acclimatation from August 15 to October 5, 1902. In this film, the Malabars perform various acrobatic exercises. Some dance on a rope stretched at the end of two bamboos stuck in the ground, carry on their head in perfect balance a pile of earthenware vessels. Others climb like monkeys with a surprising agility, perform the dance of GUYARATIS birds, scratch their heads, peck the ground.
